Booking and Appointments

All service bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. By booking a service with us, you agree to arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or cancellation, with no refund provided.

Health and Safety

You agree to disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the services provided. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe providing the service may pose a health risk to you. We cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from services if you have not fully disclosed relevant health information.

Payment and Fees

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Deposits

For certain services, particularly bridal makeup and special events, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount and payment details will be provided at the time of booking.

Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and cash (for in-person services only). All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a fee, and deposits may be transferred to a new appointment.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will forfeit any deposit paid and may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
  • No-shows or cancellations on the day of the appointment will forfeit any deposit paid and may be charged the full service amount.

For bridal bookings and large group events, special cancellation terms apply and will be outlined in your booking agreement.

Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuietSpring shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our website or services;
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website;
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our website by any third party;
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our website or services.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QuietSpring, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right;
  • Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.
